(More customer reviews)This card works as described. I was able to get transfer rates up to 80 MBs through the 1394b interface. I had problems with it cutting out on long transfers though, and it turned out to be because the card was getting too hot. I put a spot fan on it, and that fixed the problem. I was able to transfer several hundred GB at one time with no degradation over time. (averaged 78 or so MBs) I probably would recommend to the manufacturer to put a heat sink or two on this card.
